-Does anyone know if CPC-Ottawa is open now a days or not?
-How much time they take to stamp PRV and issue COPR?
-My parents passports were dilivered to Ottawa on 19 March.

We're in the same boat. Passport delivered to CPC-Ottawa on March 13th, no updates since.
 
Has anyone received passports + COPR from Ottawa recently? What date they are processing passports currently?
 
Passports delivered on Mar 9th, received back on Apr 7th... but still unable to land...
