Hi All, I got a letter issued from PF there is a mention of EE and ER along with the total balance, it also says that the certificate was issued upon member request for immigration.
There is no statement on this certificate, which mentions the % or the overall amount which I can withdraw currently or in case of immigration. Will this letter be acceptable?
If company can give in writting that they will release PF as well as gratutity amount once we leave the company or if we leave the country, then we can count both these amount as a Proof of Fund. Please confirm
