I didn’t say he was wrong though. But the scores can always be updated as long as one hasn’t submitted an application

What if person receives ITA when EOR in progress and score change after few days?

In e-apr you have to put exam date and result date. In this case Result date will be after your ITA but TRF number would be same as your profile.

So, this arises a question how you could create profile before receiving ITA when TRF result date is after it? And will lead to application rejection and may be 5 years ban for misinterpretation.
