Is this for OCI? What type of application -- OCI for minor based on parent's PIO status?

in Ontario, they give two birth certificates. One has parents names and other does not. check if you submitted the copy of the one with parents name listed,,.. this is needed to establish relationship with minor. along with this they need parents Indian passport copies or OCI copies (if you have one)

not so sure if it’s same for Manitoba,, but maybe check this,,, ?

Yes i submitted the certificate with Parents name on it

Oh my gf has the birth certificate without parents name. Does anyone know how you can go about getting the "long form" of the birth certificate with parents name?
We have appointment Nov 7. Looks like we are out of time.

The issue is that if something is insufficient why they moved my application to “Processing at Consulate General” after 03 days BLS raised the concern by themselves.
And Visa site is showing Under-processing
Why it is so

I believe so as they accepted my application without writing the number on package
