Hey, any idea on how many walk ins BLS Brampton takes on daily basis?

I managed to get a passport appointment for BLS Brampton. Can I use this to apply for entry visa. If so which building do I go to and does security check what type of appointment I have? Can I also apply for three members of my family same appointment, because my son has university classes so he can’t come

For Toronto location security does not check the type of appointment. If you call and ask bls they will tell you they won't accept different type of application from the appointment.
I submitted my own visa and surrender application(both were my applications) on one appointment and clerk initially asked me if I had two appointments as it's one appointment for application. She submitted both at the end.

Today my visa application status is changed to
“Granted but not printed”
Thanks to Ganpati Bappa that finally my application is processed

My application status changed to "Processed & Printed".

We were requested to send an email to visa.toronto@mea.gov.in for an approval of application. Does any one how long they take to respond. We need to go back to bls toronto with an approval, once received.

@Neerja Do not know about Brampton, but may be similar to Toronto.
In Toronto its very variable. When I went a month ago for OCI, atleast 60 walk-ins were let in going by the token numbers, and what the security said. Even those came in at 11am got in by 1pm. Last week I heard some days only 20 were taken and a majority turned away. Depends on how busy the day is and how many appointment no-shows. Brampton may be similar.

BTW, did you get Ack for the 13th Oct OCI application?

Any update on people who submitted postal application/s on Oct 26 or 27. I submitted on Oct 27, got application receipt update on BLS website on Nov 2, no update since.
