Entering US on different passport than previously

Have been taking trips to US using a passport plus B1/B2 visa for many years now.
Upon getting the Canadian citizenship and passport, the plan is to use the latter to enter US on subsequent trips.

The 1st time entering with a new passport(Canadian) - will it become a hassle(questioning, pulled in to secondary) with regards to CBP interaction? Should I maybe provide this information upfront, when handling over the passport?

Sharing any such experience/insights will be appreciated.

Don't provide any information upfront.

Just bring the old passport/visa along in case, but don't volunteer to show it.

Only answer/provide whatever they ask. If you're lucky, it will be minimal.

I had absolutely no problem with entering the USA on my Canadian passport after previous visits on my British one...
They didn't ask any questions about the change of citizenship.
