I live in Michigan and I'm a US citizen. My parents are visiting from Mexico and they are Mexican citizens. They entered the US with their "B1/B2 Visa / Border Crossing Card" and I-94. Can they use their US issued "B1/B2 Visa / Border Crossing Card" and I-94 document to visit Canada for a day? We would enter Canada by land through Windsor. Thank you!

1. The OPs are neither, US Green card holders, nor citizens. They are Mexican citizens with visitor status in the US, they need a passport to visit Canada.
