Entering Canada as a tourist with worker TRV without work permit

Hi everyone,

I have moved from Brazil to Vancouver to work at a company, which sponsored my visa. The final result is that I got a worker TRV with a work permit that is tied to this particular company.

I'm soon moving to another job position in Seattle, WA. I expect that my work permit will be invalid as soon as my employment finishes on my current company. However, I would still like to visit Canada as a tourist in the next few months. My visa is still valid for a while, so can I use it even though my status shows as "worker" to enter Canada as a tourist? Or will I need to apply for some other authorization, such as eTA?
