Hello Experts,

I have some confusion regarding course selection . I have done Btech and have 5 years of IT expeirence.

My IELTS score is overall 6.5 (L-6.5,R-6.5,W-5.5,S-8)

Am i eligible for Masters program in computers ? Please advise some universities who can accept my Score .

low IELTS scores the minimum band score for IELTS is 6.5 and no part under 6.5 for most universities.

Bro your IELTS score is good except Writing section moreover very good band in the most difficult Speaking section. I think you need to work little harder on other sections with more concentration in writing then you can achieve very good band.

Thank you Experts on your advise. I think with this score i may found some college for some postgrad Diploma,but at the same time i am not sure on Visa acceptance considering my exp.
So i dont want to take chance on that, one of my friend got admission in Concordia in a Masters program last year, he too has overall 6.5 and 5.5 in one module but i doubt as the university site has differeent requirement now.

well universities may sometimes give admission based on r previous education being in english but they then require u to take an english language course for which they charge u.. concordia charges roughly $1000. also if ur from india (my guess)then IELTS is required for visa and low score will not help ur case.
