Employment Reference Letters

Hello guys,

I finally created my express entry profile and with CRS 471, I am expecting an ITA in the next draw.

I am a contractor working at client site. My reporting manager is also a contractor. So do I get a reference letter from the HR manager of my company? He won't be able to list out accurate roles and duties on the letter. Do I get a letter from him and another one from my manager and get it notarized and explain the situation in LOE?

Make a separate letter and list all of your responsibilities on it and ask your HR manager to copy paste them
