I have worked 6 Months in a company that paid me in cash and I only have salary slips & experience letter from employer. What does law says about this? is it enough proof of employment. ?

As long as you can prove it by tax you filed at that time. I heard about few cases in which they were not satisfied with cash salary and asked further information.

Are you applying for Express Entry and is your Total Years of Work Experience just 6-months??
