1. For the requirement of Employment Letter to prove income, is it the same as the one you sign when starting the job? That has pay, benefits, work hours etc. Is that sufficient or do I need to request for a new letter from my employer stating these things.
2. My husband and I got married in Denmark while we lived in Europe. The certificate is written in 4 languages and reads something like this:
This marriage is between (English translation)
(French translation)
(German translation)
(Danish translation)
Each ssentence is lime this..
Since there is the English translation included, do we still need to do another translation or does the fact that there are multiple other translations make it complicated.
Most of the answers are there. Do not try to figure out what is acceptable or not until you read them. It will be clear, usually. Then ask questions.
1. In the instructions, check what they ask you to provide to show you can support your family. If they just ask for general (i.e. any form), then you choose to provide and no specific requirements.
2. In the instructions, you will see that it says if the original doc is in English or French, no translation is needed. Being in multiple languages doesn't change that.
This is a bit unfair because I have read these instructions. Multiple times. And sometimes these things are not very black and white. Also, this is the first time in a really long time I am using/interacting on this forum. Not sure where you saw me asking multiple times, getting the answer and still asking again?

The instructions ask for Notice of Assessment or Option C. I'm not sure what you applied for but the checklist I got from IRCC website include it. You can do a search on this forum and you'll see. And the question was whether anyone encountered any issues when they didn't have it.
And the document is in 4 languages. Not purely English or French.
Again, if you're trying to help, you can do so without inferring people don't do their due diligence. Especially when you know how these applications can be delayed because of slight issues.
1. No, that's offer letter which might not necessary still be valid. Therefore, you need a new letter from your employer to state that you're working for them
Btw, I didn't see NOA in your first post but if you dont have it (with a valid reason like we did), you can provide a letter of explanation with other proofs. This applies for any mandatory document that you can't provide.
2. No, as long as it has English or French translation. You have more than enough.
