Because you have claimed points for having a valid job offer. Do you? Do you have an lmia or a closed work permit where you have been working for that employer for a year?
I have a postgraduate work permit and 2years canadian experience plus 3years foreign experience. my total points is 503 with my masters degree in canada
Did you put on your application that you had a valid job offer and did your points increase by 50?
If so, you have to prove this.
Either with an LMIA or a copy of your closed employer specific work permit, where you have worked for 1 year and the job has offered you at least 1 year of work after PR.
As you have a post grad work permit, this means you have to submit your LMIA. A post grad job is NOT a valid job offer. Depending on when you got your ITA if you submit this you will loose those points and will be rejected.
Correct, you do not have a valid job offer so you have to amend the question. If you claimed points for it then you would have to decline your ITA if not then write a LOE explaining the change.
Just want to confirm, so even through as PGWP holder who did get a job offer in the past and current employer is still the same. When we create EE profile, we only need to fill in Occupation section and work history (Obviously only the current job since this is the only one from the offer mentioned earlier), not intended to work in Canada section?

Anyways my friend also work with PGWP and he answered yes and got his PR.
I just changed my answer to NO and the required documents to be uploaded changes. but I don't think it affected my points or I got extra points for it because when I calculated my scores using the CRS, I answered NO and still got same points of 503.
