Hello all,

I was just hired in Alberta for a skilled work and am applying for AOS. It asks for both an employment contract and employment reference letter for my current job.

My question is what is the main difference between the two? They seem to require very similar things and I am having difficulty getting both of them from my employer as it's a corporate business.

It seems like I'm asking for the same thing twice. Any advice on how to differentiate or how to ask for different things?
