Hi all,

I read all the information related with offer of employment, reference letter and letter of employment.
However, I still have a few questions. I hope anyone can help me to figuer this things out.

1) I am currently working under sponsorship [LMIA]. So, all of them are required?
While I only have to provide reference letter from my previous company?

2) I dont find out much difference in contents between offer of employment and reference letter.
I read description from CIC website and it seems pretty much same to me.
