Hi, I received ITA on Oct 2nd. I just completed my medical exam in Canada yesterday Oct 12. The clinic gave me a paper said: eMedical Information Sheet, and told me that I use that sheet to upload to my express entry profile and that’s it. Is there anything else that I need for medical exam proof?

Just that paper is sufficient. The doctors office will send the medical results directly to CIC. You needn’t worry here onwards about medical.
