Embassy asking for passport although passport is with them

1st Application: (Offline study visa application)
Applied on: 11th May
Refused on : 5th June (but still passport is with them)

2nd Application: (Online study visa application)
Applied on: 9th June
Approved on: 5th July

But now embassy is asking me to submit passport within 30 days. What to do ?

Hi mate , call to embassy where you file is processed and tell them your case from starting. It happened with my friend also then he called them and come to solution.

Refusal reason of 1st application: 1st term tuition fees not paid in advance (Foolish reason)

How can I call Delhi Embassy ? I heard we can only mail or fax them. How did ur friend manage to call them and find the solution ? Please help !

He leave the email also but they didn’t reply them. There is vfa number on website may be. Because it was last year that happened. Now he is in canada. I don’t know but he called them I remembered.

May be leave them emails 2,3 times and do fax also. Fax is good option as they will get the message on the support

I am in similar situation
(Offline study visa application)
Applied on: 27th March
Refused on : 25th May

2nd Application: (offline study visa application)
Applied on: 5th June
Approved on: 12th June but they revoked their decision on 1st application which was refused. Now they are asking my passport. It has been 23days since i mailed them.

Also i have tried everything i called them, sent 4 emails, sent 2 letter of explanation attached with passport request letter via vfs to them and i have sent one web form also.
