I just received an email from CIC saying my application was updated (I still haven't passed medicals. AOR: March 21st, FSW Outland).
However, when I login my account shows no new messages or updates. Everything remains the same.
Has anyone experienced this?
Check the dashboard of the status, especially the medical status record. Same happened for me, and noted that the medical passed.
