So you're a doctor? Great! I have a question for you if you don't mind.
I just got my medical request this morning and I am scheduled to have my medical exams done on Friday. However, I have a mitral valve prolapse with mild regurgitation. Do you think it can be a factor for refusal?

Thank you so much for the quick reply. Yes, if I remember correctly, I had rheumatic fever when I was a toddler. I had undergone treatment until I was in high school. I forgot the name of the medicine but it was injected in my buttocks every month.
Lately, I was having trouble breathing so I decided to see a cardiologist. I had undergone 2d Echo and they found out that I have MVP with mild regurgitation. But the cardiologist told me it's no big deal, as he himself has the same condition as well. Anyway, it doesn't affect my daily life routine at all.

Don't worry about it then.. You are good..... You might not be able to exercise like others... Just maybe... But not big deal really..... Don't worry...
You don't even need to lie to doctors when you undergo medical examination..... Just tell him what you told me... He should react exactly the same way
