Dear,
I am from India.Can you please tell me regarding language score for Quebec skilled workers PNP that how much score will I get for IELTS my overall band score is L-7.5, R- 7, W- 6.5 & S -7 and I have no proficiency in french. And my area of training is Master degree in Human Resource Management where as Graduation degree is required in HRM in C category of Area of training would I be eligible to apply for Quebec skilled workers PNP and get CSQ. Is verification through WES is required to apply for CSQ and When should I apply for CSQ for Quebec 2018 intake.
