Eligibility: Passed vs. Eligibility: Met in GCMS Notes

I ordered my GCMS notes, some time back.

Under Assessments, my eligibility was "Met".

Can anyone elaborate what is the difference between "Met" and "Passed", for Eligibility?

got a medical request after finishing eligibility section in tracker, but gckey - we are reviewing whether you meet the requirements.

I saw people got a refused letter , but tracker eligibility complete
