I provided them through webform after seeing the gcms notes.
But based on my second gcms notes, i don't think they reviewed it
 
Hi guys,
I have just received my GCMS notes and unfortunately eligibility says review required :(
Under the note, I can see DEP 1 Copy of passport: note. The situation is with us, my son's passport got expired last year, our Visitor Record application with old passport was refused. So, we went home country to renew it. After renewing then applied for PR. I don't know why they put such note. Anyone has any suggestion what IRCC may require from us?

if you already submitted the new passport, they might just don't ask for anything else. they might just wait for the officer to review and approve your documents.

I am CEC inland AOR Jan 1 and eligibility shows "In Progress" in tracker since Mar. 3.

Called IRCC and found that know that my Eligibility was waiting for officer review.

Ah taking a look at detail notes, my son's visitor record was refused because of passport expiration. We went to home country to renew it and then re-applied for PR. Notes state Not in status In Canada. I have just sent a LOE to highlight the situation, let's see what happens.

they just didn't read your document carefully...so frustrated.....
