COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CLARIFY TO ME IN THE APPLICATION (OUTLAND)TO SPONSOR AND UNDERTAKING ,PART -ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT :Q.3 ARE U SPONSORING A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY CLASS OR A MEMBER OF THE SPOUSE OR COMMON -LAW PARTNER IN CANADA CLASS?
I AM PLANNING TO SPONSOR MY HUSBAND ,I LIVE AND WORK IN QC,MONTREAL.

I believe that would be a yes for you... unless there are some specific forms for Quebec that take precedent over this one.
