EE T4 SIN NUMBER

Hi all,

i submitted my EE application and received AOR last week.
suddenly, i found out that the SIN number on my 2016 T4 is wrong. this is filled by my employer.
when i was doing the EE application, i uploaded ALL paystubs with my correct name and address, the detailed job description, and reference letter, also the T4 (but with the wrong SIN number).

what should i do at this moment?
should l explain with a web form?
