EE Profile Ineligible

Hi Everyone,

For unknown reason I have received an update stating my profile is ineligible. Here are my details (my spouse did not take IETLS nor was evaluated by WES)
1. Age - 35 and my spouse's 30
2. English - L8.5 S7 R6.5 W6.5
3. more than 6 years as NOC 2173 (Software engineer)
4. Family of 3 with over 40k CAD fund
5. Bachelor of computer science (evaluated by WES)
6. wrote my spouse education but without WES
7. Spouse has 2 years of experience in one of FSW proffesions

Where am I wrong here?

How many points did you get under FSW? If this is 67 or above then i guess you forgot to register for job bank.

Let me know what was the case .

Did you receive your ITA? What stage you got Ineligible, is it after APR submission?
You should receive the reasons of being ineligible if you have submitted APR, I believe thats not the case with you.

Try creating a new profile with the same information. Sometimes the system behaves in a weird way.
