EE profile ineligible

Please help me...my profile is ineligible......why???????????????????????
IELTS R 6.5 S 7 L 7.5 W 6 Jan 2015
Master got WES ECA
more than 6 years in the last ten years but not continuous (I was studying in some periods) outside canada
39 years old
My spouse doesn't have IELTS and has PhD

Do you have at least one year of continuos work experience ? It must be in a high skill position. If not, this is the reason you are not elegible.

And check your funds too - they have to be enough for your family size.

What is your primary occupation? From the above timeline, if you picked 4012 as your primary NOC, then that might be the reason for profile ineligibility.
You must have more than 3 years of work experience in your primary NOC.

Make a new EE profile in the same myCIC account and make the suggested changes.

Just make the profile again and pay attention while entering WES ref number and IELTS ref num.
If you make a mistake while entering these it could make your profile ineligible.
Also pay attention while entering work history dates and details.
