EE profile for ONIP

I just made a profile on ircc, but after putting my profile in EE , got an email that I'm not eligible. However, before making the profile I checked it, at that time it said eligible and also I got my assessment done on Canadavisa from there also got the same response that I'm eligible, but now it says not eligible because of IELTS score, job experience and funds.

My score is L-8, R-7, W-6.5, S-6.5
Job experience- 2-3 years
Total - CRS - 406

Can anybody suggest if my profile says not eligible will still there are chances to get invite from ontario province

did you get an ECA for education? do you have 1 yr continuous experience in your primary noc? have you put 30 hrs or more in hours per week. check all these.

Sure, but I'm not able to update my profile as status on my profile says ineligible. Do you have any idea how to update the profile.
And I have ECA for my education it's Masters as per Canadian education. I have done 2.5 years job for full time. Under my primary NOC-2172 Database analyst under Project engineer designation.

You can't if it's deemed ineligible.
You'll have to start over and create a new profile.

Can I create the profile on same login or I have create a new login?
