EE Profile eligibility

Hi,
When I tried to create express entry profile I was expecting to be rejected(not eligible) but It said I am eligible!
my IELTS score should be CLB9 but I got score L-8.5, R-8, W-6.5, S-7 because of low score in writing, my band changed to CLB8. But what should I interpret the fact that I'm able to create express entry profile?
Is my IELTS score good enough? no need to retake the test?

You're eligible to create a profile meaning you meet the minimum requirements for the profile. The actual score you need to receive an invite is much higher.

Yeah.. will try. So far my experience with ielts is not so encouraging but let me see..
