I have submitted my Express entry profile (CEC) few days before.
I have few queries and waiting for expert advice and clarifications.
1. I have not created my Job bank ID since my SIN has expired and I am right now out of Canada. Without SIN, can I create my Job Bank profile ?
2. I wanted to apply for SINP ( Sasketchwen Nominee program) and the SINP application asking for my Job validation code which is again dependent on Job bank ID. How to apply for SINP now ?

1. I have not created my Job bank ID since my SIN has expired and I am right now out of Canada. Without SIN, can I create my Job Bank profile ? Yes, you can create a Job Bank profile. When I created mine, my SIN was expired as well and like you I was a bit confused. Follow the instructions on the website. Good luck !

Thankyou Dude. I am able to create my Job bank profile. I was using iPAD so I could not see EE Profile # and Job Seeker Validation code, I used desktop and I could see them,
