EE checkilst - Education transcripts - Will marksheets and WES letter work?

I dont have transcripts for Bachelor degree obtained from Mumbai Uni - but I have marksheets and WES evaluation letter.
Will this work?

I do have transcripts for the 2 yr prog from Canada.

They take about 20 days and by the time the arrive I may not have enough time for ITA expiry

I am not an expert but at the very least it might be a good idea to attach transcripts by sending CSE after you send application. So request your transcripts immediately. Get an expert opinion...

I am going to attach the receipt if the transcripts dont arrive in time.
