I am currently having a score of 450 and residing in US with ~2Years experience. Having no other way to increase my score other than giving TEF(I don't plan to venture for that), How easy is to get a PNP for individuals like me. I have never been to Canada. Are there any provinces that extend/allow foreigners like me? Highly appreciate inputs.
Really don't have time but go through with CELPIP test by middle of Dec. L7 R8 W7 S8, but I forgot the have ECA with my diploma, it will take me 2 month process to wait assessment. So far today only have 421 points but after assessment will receive 538 points.
Any idea if I can get into the pool now or wait until receive my ECA?

There are PNP's which you could look at specially OINP which does not require job offer - but at present it is suspended and we don't know when it could open. Majority to my knowledge, need job offers.
Just wait - we all are hoping that current downward continues and scores could drop to 450... all the best
I hope you're right, I'd certainly take an ITA in Feb if I could get one. I'm still holding out hopes for that 446 to be on Feb 8th. I'm going to say another 3500 ITAs, with 446 cutoff! The good thing, is that this is also clearing out a path for others to receive PNPs. The more people that receive ITAs before the PNP programs become active again (such as OINP), the less competition there will be for those spots.

Please do not make the mistake of comparing last year's draw results with this year as the situation is a lot different this year. While immigration targets have been increased in 2017 as compared to 2016, the fact that Canada is now accepting less number of refugees is also something that should work in favour of EE applicants. Apart from that, the reduction in LMIA points and clearing up of paper based applications backlog is also giving boost to the increasing number of ITAs and dropping CRS scores that we are witnessing right now. Stay positive and all the best!!
There is 700 candidates per point, for example 700 people have score of 453, 700 of them have 454 etc. When you divide 3500 ITAs with 5 point drop since the last time cut off 458 to now 453) you get 700.
