yes, the news section in this website usually gets the draw results before they get announced on CIC website by one or two days:
"The latest draw from the Express Entry pool has seen a total of 754 candidates being issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence. The draw took place the morning of August 10, 2016, and is the fortieth draw since the Canadian immigration selection system was launched in January, 2015. Each candidate who received an ITA had 490 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points."

A lot of people on the forum and off it have mentioned the score drop. September is just about 2 weeks away. Lets hope the draws fall as significantly as people's morale.
I have a score of 414, i see the cutoff increasing steadily for the past few months...is there any chance for me.......Also, how does the PNP work, do we need to apply for something???
Need some clarification regarding CRS scores based on work experience. Can anyone advise pls.
My wife is the primary applicant and we expected an increase in CRS score of 25 points this September as she completes 3 years of work experience. She has been working in the same company for 3 years, however, she joined as a Trainee and rendered her service for 1 year (Full time paid job) and then continuing the rest... Now, when enquired with the HR team of company, she would be given an experience certificate of 2 years (Designation - Coordinator) and the initial 1 year would be given separate as a supporting experience letter.
How are we supposed to go with this. Will the Express entry consider this as 3 years of experience ?

A while ago I had a similar situation and called them, the agent told me that a detailed letter from my direct supervisor will work, but I'm not sure if this applies to you situation as well, so it is better to call them and ask

No, you don't need to apply, you EE profile works for that, and provinces will send you an invitation if you qualify to their program,
But you have to be updated with the programs, because sometimes it needs a trick to be invited, last year I was qualified for Ontario PNP for over 7 months but didn't get an invitation :/, simply because the system required me to delete my application and make a new one after that PNP opened to be included in its pool of candidates...and I didn't realize that till the program was closed and lost my chance...so make sure you keep yourself updated...
Me and my wife (PA) have 422, and as we understand, the cutoff would be dropping after refugees quota is covered, and this would be happening by the end of the year.
In the meantime, we are about to send the paperwork for NBPNP, and wait for the OINP opening to get some chances before the cutoff drops.
Applied on Jul 9, 16 with CRS score of 466 and scores keep increasing :/ My PGWP expires on Nov 30 so I am kinda worried.
Do you guys have any idea about the chances of Canadian resident applicants. Because we already settled here and have a life. Is it like a big pool or there is more chance of residents getting ITAs faster?
