I got a band score of 8.5 across the board so I just don't want to spend over $300 to re-take the IELTS just for .5 to get to 9 lol I am just a bit hesitant with Ontario because we could wait almost 4 - 5 months for AOR then they come back and say the application is incomplete. At this point its going on to 5 - 6 months to receive AOR.

Thats a very good score! I only got 7.5. I am also hesitant in spending around $250, that's how much it costs here in Dallas, TX. I am still contemplating if its worth taking the chance and trying.
So you have applied for OINP and waiting for the NOI from them?

I am waiting for the AOR but also just seem that my occupation 1224 - Property administrator is one of the occupations in demand in Saskachawan but I doubt I want to settle there but would like my PR processed and granted before the end of the year.

I am at 460 ... only two days before I got my ECA assessment and profile submitted online the draw happened and went above 460 , 470's and then 534.. oh gosh.. how close i was...
next draw is likely to be planned tomorrow either will come down or will go up.

A must watch for people waiting in Express Entry pool.
The video was recorded on May 7, 2016 at Newcomers Canada Fair, held at the Shaw Conference Centre, in Edmonton and the Speaker works for IRCC (CIC).
Highlights :
1) Current draw size is kept low as CIC still has backlogs of paper based PR applications received before Express Entry.
2) The paper based PR application backlogs are expected to be cleared by Sept/ Oct 2016.
3) Once the backlog is cleared, Express Entry will be the only source of Economic stream PR applications.
4) This will result in higher draw size of 2000-2500 ITAs per draw.
5) ITA cut-off scores will "likely drop below 400" to accommodate higher draw size.
Focus on 2 mins clip between 16:30-18:30 for clarification on above points.

Note : Even though the speaker works for IRCC, please do not treat this as an official announcement.

According to the above , the scores will drop towards end of this year. Am not sure how authentic the link and video is but we'll have to wait and watch. I wish it comes true soon though.
