Guys please do you know of anyone who applied from outside Canada and received PPR after June 19 whose visa office was Ottawa and not their LVO? Just wandering if Ottawa is still issuing PPRs to those outside but have decided to put those whose ECAS went in process on June 19 on hold. Anyone?

it has a "information letter"

Step one asking for any changes

Step 2 : passport bio data request

Step 3: submitting docs

Is this a PPR ?? Please help I don't know what to do

Asivad Anac : I'm sorry but one last question i promise so i changed my address recently.. should i email cic now? i just moved 2 blocks down the road.. will this delay the process? its only the house number and the road name zip and town are all same.

I have mail forwarded from my old house to new one.. what do you think i should do

I don't imagine that would be necessary. You can certainly try doing that but it should be fine even if you don't.
