Can I apply under express entry after a refugee claim?
I had visited Canada few years ago and claimed refugee due to a life threatening issue in my home country. However, I withdrew my refugee claim two months after I applied as a refugee because things seemed stable back home and I left Canada back to my home country. Now, I qualify for PR under EE and I want to apply through EE. I hope my earlier refugee status would not affect my PR application under EE?
