Hello all,

I am currently sitting at a crs of 456. So, I am looking at all the PNP options that I have now and those that are expected to re-open in the future. Now, my query is this:

Suppose, I opt for a pnp and send in the paperwork along with the relevant fee, and the cut off marks decrease so that I qualify for the express entry anyways. Can I then still apply under EE? I understand that I will probably have to forgo the fee but can I move in with the EE application in that scenario?

Regards to all.

Yes, it's not a problem. You just let the province know that you're withdrawing your application.
