please, what are the chances of getting a study permit approval in this regards... i already have a masters degree and intend coming to canada for either a masters program or a pgd....please what are my chances.. thanks

Apply for a Masters or Phd. You need to show education advancement and justify costs with a program that will give you higher pay and advance your career.

Well you have mentioned that you are opting for a masters or pgd. In case of masters you have to mention in your SOP why you want to do a masters again (if youre applying for a masters in the same field that you already have a master degree in you home country). Other factors like your finances, assurance to return to your home country after studies are some other factors which will affect your application.
