I emailed two ECA(educational credential assessment) organizations of the 4 new ones released 2 days ago.
One replied that only the highest degree should be assessed, but another one said both bachelor's degree and master's degree should be assessed.
which one should I believe?
Technically it is graduation and post graduation degrees.... Means both
