Educational credential assessment processing time

Hi there,
I'm a newbie here and plan to apply for the programme next year.
I'll have so many questions regarding the programme, but for now I'm focusing on my education.

1. I'd like to know how long does it take to get the educational credential?
2. Any organisation you recommend to get the assessment according to the list? >> ECA designated organisations
3. How much did you pay for your ECA?
4. I'll be able to apply for the programme only after I've got my ECA, correct?
