EDUCATION POINT FOR SPOUSE (12 YEARS+6 MONTHS+6 MONTHS=13 YEARS TOTAL EDUCATION)

I have a question about education point for my spouse. She has done 12 Years of School Education including Primary/Secondary/ Higher Secondary/High School etc.

After that she has done 2 course of 6 months each

6 Month course in Fashion Designing in Basic Level and
6 Month course in Fashion Designing in Advance Level

Advance level course is only allowed when basic level of fashion designing course is cleared and passed.
Both courses have been done in Government recognized polytechnic in India.

How many point can I claim for my spouse education if I apply for Federal Skill category?

Probably 0 as neither was a 1 year course resulting in a diploma or trade certificate.
