Education papers required for FSW 2013

Dear Senors,

So far I understood that I have to submit ECA report with all other forms in application.No other documents are required.
But in checlist ,it says that both applicant & spouse need to submit proof of education qualifications and provide documents (if applicable ??):
-Secondary education certificates
-College /unversity certificates
-Transcripts

What should I do ??

Please guide me .

Thanks for the response .
I am principle applicant and I don't take 5 point from spouse.
In this case ,Should I submit educational copies of my spouse ?
