There is a verification department in University of Karachi in annual examination section. your brother can go there.
They ask you to give phtocopies of your marks sheet and degree and there is fee of I think Rs.100/= for a single document.
They will verify your document and sealed them with a covering letter.
Thats what I and my friend did.
i got one problem actually my brother went to KU and they said that they can't give him the verified copy of degree & transcripts in a sealed envelop by HAND and even can't mail at HOME ADDRESS. They are saying they will directly mail these documents where we want to send
now i dont want them to send the docs directly to cic london tell me how you get them ?? plz help its urgent

I have not studied in any of these universities. you have to tell them you want the transcripts for canada immigration and they will give you sealed transcripts.

yes what ever u did after your Higher School Certificates - HSC /or intermediate/or after 12 years of formal education and u just need transcript/or marks sheet in a sealed envelope and not the degrees but if u can get this go ahead
now from where u can get all these documents in a sealed envelope? the answer is go to the relevent institution and find out for urself; their is 100% gureentee that u will find the info, if they do; ask for more info and if they dont; ask them the reason and if possible tell them to write in a paper and stamp it; attach that paper with ur appl. as reason for not providing the transcript in sealed evvelope to local cic

1- is there any one who got their sealed envelope transcript from any london college or university??
2- if we take photocopies of our transcript to our instituation and if they accept it and ready to stamp that photocopy and than sealed it in a envelope so is it ok to use photocopies??? or does it has to be original ?? not the one i have it but they make another one ??
