In education history do i add my secondary(high school) education because my eca is only for bachelors and masters degree for which i have claimed points

Hi, I have a question in the Education history...my degree is Electrical Engineering which is a 5 years cours however it took me 9 years to complete as I had transferred schools and did not take full subject load in some semesters. Should I put 5 years or 9 years in the "complete/full academic years" question? Thanks so much

If I have a diploma and degree translated in French by the Canadian medical council. Do I need it to be translated to English or they accept both languages?
I have some documents in French and other in English.
