Education History Form 5669

Hello all, my husband has a three year gap in his education history. This gap doesn't count in the 10 year personal history that we have mentioned. But the problem is the gap is because he failed his intermediate degree which was of three years and he had to repeat those three years. Should we mention this anywhere and do we calculate the extra 3 years in the total years of education? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

IRCC don't care if applicant of Family Class sponsorship failed or have no education at all. Just truefully answer the questions.
In form 5669, section 7 Eudcation, you list the year from and to and name of the institution. They don't care if he was taking classes and repeating them for years. Just list the fact.
And do the same for section 8 personal history. If he did part time school, just list them. If he worked part time, list them as well.

Also try NOT to post in multiple places. It will be hard for you to track all the reponses.
