Hi, could any one tell me in the factor 1 (education) of the score calculation, education assessment, if I have a master's degree, but only 14 years of full time study from secondary school to now, how many score I could get then? In other words, I am clear that the education score is assessed based on degree and number of years of full-time studies, but this number of years of full-time studies counts from elementary school or secondary school? Thank you!
Please! hope to get answer from you! Thanks soooooooooo much!
anyone could help me out?! please!
Are you trying to apply under the FSW? If so are you applying right now or after May?
In any case, the number of years is counted from elementary level. So, even if you are applying right now, you will get points for a master's degree. CIC is changing point scheme for education, so they will not longer count the number of years. If you have a master's degree, you will get 23 points awarded for a master's degree under the new rules.
