You might as well try webform. I sent one this morning, because I'm tired of the call lottery when you don't even know if you get to talk to an agent.
Also, have you ordered any notes to know why your app is in review required?

Yeah, mine had a record showing problems with the employment letter, which I realized before the notes came in and sent them an update.
After that there was no movement. The last record said they received my update with letter, but nothing else since then.
