Yea there're two Edmontons. I think CPC Edmonton is a case processing center and is not open to the public and Edmonton IRCC is a local office and is open to the public (need someone to confirm).

Do not worry guys, It's just a matter of time. I also have a TRV application inside Canada that is under process for 193 days (20 days over mentioned processing time) as of today, and have gotten no updates. Had to cancel my travel plan 3 times.

So I have just got my portal credentials....It says to confirm I am in Canada and my permanent address. I am in Canada so I can confirm that. But I plan to leave Canada shortly. Anyone here knows if I can? or would I have to wait for the PR card?

See if you can get a PRTD so that you can enter Canada when returning. That's usually what people use when they don't have a PR card.
