Already had declared, submitted mailing address, uploaded photo on the PR Portal since Sep.29 and status is still “In Review with IRCC”. The weird part is emailing me on Nov.04 and asking me the RPRF receipt that has been paid since Sep.22. Its fine though, I just replied them a copy of the receipt. But until now, I have not received eCOPR. Been waiting since Sep.29 from the PR Portal upload.
Yes, the offices are not the most efficient when they get a large caseload. When you add to that the Portal and GCKey being out of synch with each other, and with bugs in the programs... It leads to a lot of confusion and frustration for everyone. Let's hope for them paying attention to your RPRF, receive final officer approval, then eCOPR.
Another ghost update on November 17. Huh, I already gave up
I know about two cases where contacting the MP helped, but I can also report that other MP offices reported waiting times from 1 month to 8+, and that there's no clear time frame for a CoPR.
When you log into the PR Tracker. In the top right corner it will say updated and have a date. If there are no changes on that screen, or under the details for each of the people on the application... That is considered a ghost update.
