Got ecopr from Calgary on Aug 8th. Got PR card on Aug 26th. Photo is still in review in portal. You should be getting it soon.

Vitrual landing is virtual.
I don't understand your question about needing to physically go to a border for virtual landing. (crossing to land at a border is usually referred as flagpooling.)

Update:

We have linked our PR Card application to GCKey. Our card has not been dispatched yet.

No couldn't track the PR card anywhere. Just got it via Canada Post mail.

I also received the email from Calgary office today. They asked for my email to create the PR portal account. How long from that until you have the eCopr?

It took almost 10 days for us to receive eCOPR after submitting the declaration, address and photo.

They dont ask for a phtoto in the email. Once you reply to the email, they will create a login for you for the PR Confirmation Portal. Once you log in, you will have to checkmark the declaration box confirming you are in Canada. You will also have to update your address and submit a photo.
