eCOPR to PR Card Calgary Office

Hello friends,

I need an advice on a matter!
My sister from Nigeria married a canadian citizen last year and put in application for visitor's visa. The application was approved and the visa was stamped for just 3 months (Multipe Entry - Jan to Mar). The original plan was for her to come into canada and put in for inland application, will this plan still work considering the visa is justf for 3 months..

Advice needed!

Either a TRV extension also known as a 'Visitor Record' or an Open Work Permit must be applied along with inland spousal sponsorship. This would give her 'implied status' or 'maintained status'. A sponsorship application in itself does NOT give her implied status.

I have uploaded address and picture on PR portal in December 16. I didn’t get updates yet and there is log-in error since this month… I had to reset passwords many time to do log-in and picture is suddenly gone. There is so much error going on hopefully I have a good news sooooon. My VO is Calgary..fyi

Congratulations on your ECOPR! did you experience any glitches with your photos? I keep refreshing the page for the photos to come up. Due to the glitches I submitted a webform and they responded to me stating the photograph is attached.

We did not follow up with IRCC and haven't witnessed any photo glitches. The photo is still under review, so we are waiting for it to get approved.

I just got my ecopr!!! Yesssss! 47 days!!!

Jan 31 ecopr issued from Montréal.
I thought it was Calgary office.
Finally! I was soooo stressed. It seems unnecessary now, maybe it's just because ircc is not efficient. Everyone’s application will go smoothly! Good luck!
